There are no hidden extras. Our prices above are all you need to pay.  Clients often ask, "why are your prices so much lower?" (We have had reports of Oticon Intent 1 and Oticon Own 1 at £5500 !)  We think our prices are fair, so we ask this counter question - why are our competitors prices so much higher when they do not need to be !? We have never charged more than £3500 for a pair of premium hearing aids since we opened in 1998. 

Many elderly clients do not use the internet to find better prices . Hearing centres with inflated prices rely on this fact to widen their profit margin, to the detriment of the consumer. Without shopping around, patients may wrongly assume, that they are being offered the right price and the fair price. This is unfortunately not the case. 

Consumers should only buy hearing aids from a professional audiologist during a face-to-face appointment. Buying hearing aids through the post, even with online support,  will result in a significantly reduced performance, and Oticon ask consumers to avoid this kind of mail order purchasing.
